In our Dutch language courses, we tailor the lessons to the proficiency level of your employees. We focus on much more than grammar. Our training emphasizes the vocabulary and phrases that are relevant to your employees' roles and your company's day-to-day activities. We also cover cultural differences and typical Dutch customs, helping international employees feel more confident both at work and in daily life.

Introduction
Every training programme starts with a free, no-obligation phone or online consultation. During this intake, we discuss your employees' current Dutch language level, your organisation's goals, and the specific communication needs within the workplace. If you're unsure what type of language training is needed or have questions about your employees' language proficiency, we can arrange a workplace visit. During this visit, we observe the working environment, speak with managers and employees, and, if required, assess language skills through a language test.

Tailor-Made Course Proposal & Quotation
Based on your requirements and your employees' Dutch language level, we prepare a customised training proposal and quotation. In most cases, we recommend a course of 22 contact hours. To help your employees achieve the best possible results, we advise one two-hour lesson per week or two 90-minute lessons per week.

The Training
Our lessons are practical, interactive, and goal-oriented, ensuring that participants retain what they learn and can immediately apply it in the workplace. The course content is tailored to real-life work situations, making the training both relevant and effective. Throughout the programme, we regularly evaluate progress together with the participants and their manager. If requested, the course concludes with a language assessment and a certificate of completion.
